Medisal for Pharmaceuticals Industry LLC – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

To support our operations, we are looking to hire a skilled
Sales & Marketing Representative
- to strengthen our market presence and drive strategic partnerships across the UAE healthcare sector.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare groups in the UAE.
- Promote Medisal Pharma’s range of IV solutions and injectable products to key decision-makers.
- Support marketing activities, product awareness campaigns, and brand engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research, identify trends, and prepare competitive analyses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, pharmacists, and medical directors.
- Prepare proposals, product presentations, marketing content, and periodic reports.
- Coordinate internally with Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales for smooth operations.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales within the UAE is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to understand pharmaceutical product specifications and regulatory pathways.
- UAE driving license REQUIRED.
