The team uses expert knowledge and proven training methods delivered through both one-to-one and online coaching, creating tailored programs for a wide range of client needs.

Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities to help grow Project Reshape’s client base and brand presence.

This full-time, on-site role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, responding to inquiries, and supporting customer service interactions to ensure a positive experience for potential and current clients.

The intern will help implement marketing campaigns, contribute to social media and promotional content, and track basic metrics related to outreach and conversions.

The role may also involve coordinating with coaches to understand services, preparing sales materials, and supporting occasional events or outreach activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse clients.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills, including basic prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing capabilities.
  • Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management interests or abilities to support sales processes and learn from coaching methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts; familiarity with social media and digital promotion is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a fitness-focused environment and interest in health and wellness.
  • Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
