- The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Assist in the delivery of campaigns and the development of a comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and enhances the unique positioning of the hotel Group.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to contribute to the creation and implementation of effective digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage the development of compelling and high-quality content that resonates with the target audience, supporting the brand narrative.
- Collaborate with SBU Managers to contribute to the development and delivery of multimedia content strategies for various platforms, ensuring alignment across the Group.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis under the guidance of the Director to identify opportunities and threats in the industry.
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with external brand and marketing agencies, ensuring that deliverables are made on time and to the agreed standard.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Analytical focus with strong quantitative skills
- Experience of creating annual marketing plans
- Understanding of ROI calculations and methodologies
