Sales and Marketing – Logistics / Shipping / Maritime
Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing is responsible for driving company growth by generating leads, increasing sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s logistics, shipping, and maritime services through effective marketing strategies.
Sales Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics, shipping, and maritime sectors
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including importers, exporters, and freight partners
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to logistics and shipping solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
Marketing Duties
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns for logistics and shipping services
- Promote services through social media, email marketing, and industry-specific channels
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Support brand awareness and promotional activities within the logistics and maritime industry
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, proposals, and strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in logistics, shipping, or the maritime industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and maritime operations is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
