The company is seeking an experienced real estate professional for sales and leasing work in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of property listing and marketing on various portals.
- Able to advise sellers and landlords on market trends, property values, and legislation.
- Expertise qualifying potential buyers and tenants.
- Skilled in scheduling and conducting property viewings and following up on leads.
- Proven ability to negotiate offers and contracts effectively.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
- Commission structure offers 50% on achieving set targets.
