Oversee daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.
Maintain tenant satisfaction, manage rental operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections; coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Monitor rental payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate records.
- Build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure properties are well maintained.
- Prepare property management reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE property management laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements, rental procedures, and property maintenance.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage if required for property visits.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month; salary is based on experience and qualifications.

- Full-time employment in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
