Role Description
As one of the founding members of our newly launched Real Estate Division, the Sales and Leasing Consultant will play a key role in establishing Voyage's presence in the long-term sales and leasing market.
The role involves engaging with prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, guiding them through property options, and negotiating sales agreements and long-term leases that align with their goals.
Key responsibilities
include sourcing and listing properties, conducting viewings, managing the full transaction cycle from inquiry to closing, handling lease and sales administration, and building a strong client base from day one.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, offering a unique opportunity to grow with the division and help shape its culture, processes, and reputation.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of long-term leasing, sales transactions, and Abu Dhabi real estate regulations (Tawtheeq, DARI, and RERA processes a plus)
- Proven ability to manage the full sales and leasing cycle, from prospecting and viewings to negotiation and closing
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help build and grow a new division
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client retention, referrals, and long-term relationship building
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to effectively represent clients and properties
- Proficiency in problem-solving and delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs
- Experience in the Abu Dhabi or wider UAE real estate market is highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage
