Sales and Front Desk Receptionist
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Front Desk receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, supporting daily administrative operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Promote gym memberships, services, and packages
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of members and sales
- Manage bookings, schedules, and front desk operations
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and/or administrative roles (fitness industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours if required
