The company provides maintenance and renovation services to premium villas, apartments, and offices in Dubai.
The Sales and Business Development Manager will help grow the business.
What you will do
- Find new residential and commercial clients and business opportunities.
- Build partnerships with real estate companies, property managers, and brokers.
- Respond to leads and follow up on quotations.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report results.
What the employer is looking for
- Sales experience in home maintenance, fit-out, facility management, or a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- An existing Dubai real estate or property-sector network is a plus.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Russian language knowledge is an advantage.
Compensation and employment
- Salary is AED 7,000–10,000 per month, plus commission.
