Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Business Development Manager.
The role focuses on driving business growth, building client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales and business development plan to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and approach residential property owners, businesses, developers, and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote home maintenance, facility management, and fit-out services to new audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong network and understanding of the Dubai real estate and property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written Russian and English is essential.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
- The package includes performance-based incentives.
