Job Responsibilities

  • Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)
  • Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities
  • Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license
  • Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications or Skills

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
