Job Responsibilities
- Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)
- Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities
- Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
- Possess a valid UAE driving license
- Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications or Skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
