What you'll do

  • Campaign Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute sales campaigns to maximize market impact and revenue growth.

  • Budget Oversight and Analysis

Monitor campaign budgets, ensure accurate allocation, and provide financial analysis to optimize spending.

  • Promotion Performance Analysis

Track and evaluate promotional activities, generating reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.

  • Strategic Collaborations with Customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment on promotional strategies and objectives.

  • KPI Management

Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to ensure sales targets and operational goals are met.

What you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • + 2 years in sales administration, campaign management, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice if you have

  • Experience in FMCG or electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and KPI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
