As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised **Real Estate Operations Coordinator** who will become the backbone of our real estate department.

This is far more than a traditional administrative role.

You will help coordinate the entire sales operation and support our consultants in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Office located next to Dubai Mall Metro Station

Modern office with an international team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Immediate joining preferred.

Position Overview

You will work directly with Management and our Real Estate Consultants to organise the day-to-day operations of the company.

As we are a boutique real estate brokerage, every day is different.

You will become the link between our consultants, clients, developers and the different companies within the SwissPro Group.

Main Responsibilitiessales Administration

  • Support our sales consultants by:
  • Preparing client files
  • Organising transaction documents
  • Managing property files
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Following up pending transactions
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Ensuring smooth coordination throughout every sale

Property Listings

  • You will be responsible for publishing and maintaining our property listings across all major portals, including:
  • Property Finder
  • Bayut
  • Dubizzle
  • Company website
  • Social media platforms
  • You will ensure that every listing is accurate, attractive and continuously updated.

Developer Coordination

You will communicate regularly with Dubai's leading developers.

Responsibilities Include

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Collecting project information
  • Updating price lists
  • Obtaining brochures and marketing materials
  • Following project launches
  • Maintaining strong relationships with developers

Commission Administration

  • You will assist Management with:
  • Calculating sales commissions
  • Preparing commission reports
  • Coordinating commission payments
  • Supporting payroll administration for the sales team
  • Accuracy and confidentiality are essential.

Client Coordination

  • You will:
  • Welcome clients professionally
  • Organise meetings
  • Coordinate appointments
  • Follow up documentation
  • Maintain communication during transactions
  • Ensure every client receives an excellent experience

Marketing Support

  • You will collaborate closely with our Graphic Designer by:
  • Providing project information
  • Preparing marketing material
  • Coordinating property advertising
  • Supporting social media campaigns
  • Organising promotional activities

Internal Coordination

SwissPro 360 Real Estate works closely with the other companies of the SwissPro Group.

You will therefore coordinate with:

Preferred Qualifications Include

  • Experience in UAE real estate administration
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures
  • Experience using Property Finder and Bayut
  • CRM experience (Zoho CRM is a strong advantage)
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent English
  • Additional languages are an advantage
