Job Title: Logistics & Warehouse Officer

Job Location: Jeddah - KSA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Warehouse Officer to oversee daily logistics operations, manage warehouse activities, and support the procurement team. The role ensures efficient inventory control, timely delivery of goods, and smooth coordination between suppliers, procurement, and internal departments in our Jeddah Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Management

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers
• Track shipments and resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (Customs, SABER, etc.) and company policies
• Arrange and/or personally handle collection of goods from vendor locations and ensure timely delivery to customers if required.

Warehouse Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety standards are followed
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency
• Manage documentation related to inventory and shipments

Procurement Support

• Assist the procurement team in processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Support vendor communication and follow up on pending orders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel within the city for pickups and deliveries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Good communication and coordination skills in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures.
