Job Description JOB SUMMARY

Manage and develop customer accounts to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts and periodic reports.
Follow up on payments and account receivables.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications** **Education**
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
**Additional Information** **Experience**
2 – 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
