Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, achieving customer satisfaction, and driving new business opportunities through lead generation. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring superior customer service. The role also involves regular client meetings, creating sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+years of experience in sales or technical management, preferably both.
  • Extensive experience with IT security solutions and with large, complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of customers, Channel Partners, and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and technical teams.
  • Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture
  • and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.
  • Develop and Manage high value pipeline , winning Strategic new clients across Sectors.
  • Strategic Thinker with hands on ability to close Complex deals.
  • Strong command of Arabic will be an added advantage
