Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and SME customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable ICT, ELV, and Cyber Security solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and presales teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and payment collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
