Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and SME customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable ICT, ELV, and Cyber Security solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and presales teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and payment collections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
