Job Purpose

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of the brand and expanding the market presence of the pasta products.

The primary focus of this role is to identify, appoint, develop, and manage distributors for the pasta brand across the UAE and Export markets ( territory to be defined ), while building strong relationships with key customers and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Distributor Development & Management

  • Identify, recruit, appoint, and onboard new distributors for the pasta brand.
  • Develop and execute distributor expansion plans to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and distribution contracts in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor distributor performance, sales achievement, stock levels, and market coverage.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Ensure distributors maintain adequate inventory levels and product availability in the market.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and customers.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans per assigned territtory

Brand Development

  • Drive the growth and positioning of the pasta brand within the Territory.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Recommend initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Account Management

  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to credit terms in the UAE.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues effectively.
  • Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and business development updates.
  • Track distributor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
