We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sales & Account Executive who can communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, explain our services clearly, and help them join the Creators7 system smoothly.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales & Account Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The Sales & Account Executive will be responsible for handling client inquiries, scheduling and conducting meetings, explaining Creators7 services, following up with potential clients, closing deals, and supporting new clients during the onboarding process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands client needs, can present services professionally, and knows how to build trust without being pushy.
The role includes a fixed salary plus commission based on successful client acquisition.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to the fixed salary, the role includes commission based on successfully closed deals.
Commission details will be discussed during the interview based on experience, performance expectations, and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from potential clients through WhatsApp, social media, email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Schedule, prepare for, and conduct meetings with potential clients.
Understand client needs, goals, business type, and content challenges.
Present Creators7 services, packages, and solutions in a clear and professional way.
Follow up with leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
Help potential clients choose the most suitable package or service.
Coordinate with the internal team to confirm scope, deliverables, timelines, and client requirements.
Support the onboarding process after the client joins Creators7.
Collect client information, brand details, social media links, assets, and initial requirements.
Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, meeting notes, proposals, and follow-ups.
Build long-term relationships with clients and support account communication when needed.
Collaborate with the content, production, and management teams to make sure client expectations are clear.
Track sales performance, follow-up status, and closed deals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand client needs and explain services clearly.
Professional presentation and meeting skills.
Good Arabic and English communication skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations at the same time.
Basic understanding of social media, content creation, personal branding, and digital marketing.
Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up consistently.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and basic project management tools.
Previous experience in sales, account management, client servicing, business development, or digital marketing is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any field is accepted; Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
