Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical clinic as a receptionist or sales executive.
- Strong sales skills and ability to convert inquiries into bookings and treatment packages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience handling patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high patient satisfaction.
- Knowledge of clinic management systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Promote clinic services, treatments, and packages to increase sales.
- Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to support a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
- Support marketing campaigns and special promotions when required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
