Role overview
An experienced Insurance Coordinator is sought to manage insurance matters across all departments at a medical center.
Requirements
- Previous medical center or hospital experience is required.
- Dental insurance experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of eligibility, approvals, claims submission, rejections, resubmissions, and payment collection is required.
- Experience dealing directly with insurance companies and TPAs is required.
- Candidates must be able to follow claims from approval until final payment is received.
- Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills are required.
- UAE insurance experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,500–6,000 per month, depending on experience.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance matters across all departments.
- Handle eligibility checks and insurance approvals.
- Submit claims and manage rejections and resubmissions.
- Follow claims from approval through receipt of final payment, including payment collection follow-up.
- Deal directly with insurance companies and TPAs.
