Job Introduction

Enter salary-related data and components accurately into the payroll system.

Support salary review processes and ensure all updates are correctly applied.

Communicate with internal departments and administrations regarding payroll matters.

Assist employees and departments with payroll-related queries and requests.

Process payroll data and ensure timely and accurate salary calculations.

Create and manage employee, access, and guest cards within the system.

Handle advance salary payments according to company procedures.

Maintain proper archiving of payroll documents and records.

Support additional tasks to assist the payroll and HR team in daily operations.

Job Experience

Relevant education or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in payroll processing or strong interest in payroll functions.

Structured and responsible approach to handling tasks.

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Basic accounting knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Adaptable mindset with openness to change and new processes.

Willingness to learn and work with new payroll systems and IT tools.
