Overview

Job Details:

Enter salary related data and components into the payroll system with high accuracy.

Support salary review processes and ensure all updates are applied correctly.

Coordinate with internal departments and administrations on payroll related matters.

Assist employees and teams with payroll queries and provide necessary support.

Process payroll information and ensure salaries are calculated accurately and on time.

Manage creation and maintenance of employee, access, and guest cards in the system.

Handle advance salary payments in line with company procedures.

Maintain proper filing and archiving of payroll documents and records.

Support the payroll and HR team with additional daily tasks when required.

Ensure confidentiality of payroll data and employee information at all times.

Job Experience Requirements

Relevant education or practical experience in a related field.

Experience in payroll processing or strong interest in payroll functions.

Organized and responsible approach to handling tasks.

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Basic knowledge of accounting will be an advantage.

Flexible mindset with willingness to adapt to new processes.

Interest in learning new payroll systems and IT tools.
