The Safety & Security Officer supports a safe hotel environment and helps deliver a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior security patrols and address safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather information, document findings, and report security incidents accurately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
- Assist with responses to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
