Job Purpose
Support the delivery of engineering and construction projects by coordinating site activities, managing contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site installation activities with contractors, safety, security, and operational teams.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project requirements.
- Support project execution, permitting, and construction activities.
- Act as Lead Engineer on low to medium complexity projects when assigned.
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers and graduates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of site construction and safety management experience.
- Knowledge of construction processes, project coordination, and contractor management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills.
