Overview
· Monitor and enforce HSE compliance at site
· Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
· Prepare risk assessments and safety reports
· Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
· Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices
· Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on HSE matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience in infrastructure/construction projects.
- Must have NEBOSH IGC/ IOSH /OSHA
- Have First Aid & CPR Fire Safety Training and Confined Space / Work at Height training
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site safety activities effectively.
