Safety Coordinator
Role Overview
The Safety Coordinator safeguards workforce and assets by enforcing regulations, assessing risks, investigating incidents, and crafting safety programs.
The Safety Coordinator supports project teams, oversees hazard mitigation, monitors performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement to maintain compliance and reduce risks.

Requirements
- Four (4) + years of relevant construction safety experience with an undergraduate degree in safety and health (or related discipline) or demonstrated construction safety and trade experience
- Agile, energetic, data driven approach to achieving individual and organizational objectives while balancing short term and long-term goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of OSHA standards and federal safety legislation
- Solid understanding of potentially hazardous materials and practices in the workplace.
- Familiarity with writing health and safety policies and procedures
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting statistics
- Working knowledge of safety management software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- OSHA 500 certification
- Bilingual (speak English and Spanish fluently)
