Construction Utility Foreman
Role Overview
The Foreman is a hands-on leader responsible for supervising and actively participating in the daily operations of utility construction projects.
This role combines physical labor with leadership duties, ensuring the efficient and safe installation and maintenance of utility systems.
The Foreman oversees construction operations and ensures compliance with safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.
Foreman’s experience is pivotal in maintaining Benchmark’s high operational standards and fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- OSHA 10/30 Certifications
- Previous experience working with subcontractors and managing on-site teams effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for equipment installation and repair
- Must be willing to perform duties of laborer and operator upon demand if necessary
- Be available six (6) days a week if needed
- Ability to utilize mathematical formulas; adding and subtracting totals; multiplying and dividing
- Ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to the assigned jobsite daily
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating large heavy equipment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
