About This Role

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated and experienced Russian-speaking and Chinese-speaking Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage property listings (sales & leasing)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiations
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide market insights and professional advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Russian or Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
  • Previous UAE real estate experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus
