Role overview
The Runner attends to customer needs, including greeting guests and serving food and beverages, to support guest satisfaction.
The role interfaces with customers and internal departments and has no direct reports.
The position is based in Dubai Hills.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening, changeover, and closing duties, including cleaning, replenishing condiments, polishing glasses and cutlery, and completing checklists.
- Keep assigned service stations and tables clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
- Serve food and beverages and return dirty trays to the designated cleaning area.
- Greet guests, take orders, refill drinks, observe guest needs, and respond promptly and accurately.
- Answer questions about food and beverages, including ingredients, preparation, and allergens.
- Upsell items in response to customer needs or a manager's request.
- Follow the company service sequence and promptly inform the supervisor of significant problems or unusual matters.
- Help the host greet and seat guests, hand out menus, and say goodbye.
- Assist with bar stocking and beverage-order preparation.
- Check restroom cleanliness and trash bins during service and coordinate with assigned cleaners.
- Maintain grooming and personal hygiene in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in food service.
- Good English communication skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
