Overview
Perform mechanical inspections in accordance with approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and project specifications Conduct inspections on pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks, and static equipment Verify compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME, API, and Aramco standards Witness and review activities including welding, fabrication, NDT, hydrotesting, and installation Review and validate WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and HSE requirements Identify non-conformities and support NCR issuance and close-out Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and documentation Coordinate with client representatives, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of inspection activities Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and reporting requirements Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection practices in oil & gas projects Experience with Saudi Aramco standards and approvals (preferred) Familiarity with EPC projects involving metallic and non-metallic systems Hands-on experience in NDT methods (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT)
