Overview
We are seeking an experienced Post-Tensioning Expert to oversee and certify post-tensioning activities for hybrid concrete and steel structures in large-scale industrial or renewable energy projects.
The successful candidate will ensure structural integrity, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, witness, and verify post-tensioning activities for hybrid structures.
Review foundation readiness, concrete curing, and grout application prior to tensioning.
Inspect steel-to-concrete connections, anchorages, and tensioning procedures.
Validate compliance with design drawings, reinforcement layouts, and tensioning logs.
Generate inspection reports, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation.
Coordinate with civil inspectors, installation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure HSE compliance and adherence to project-specific quality standards.
Support final acceptance, commissioning, and handover processes.
