Responsibilities
- Manage outlet service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality, address issues, and improve the dining experience.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, evaluate, develop, and recognize team members.
- Drive food and beverage sales through marketing, upselling, and promotional initiatives.
- Lead hiring, interviews, and training for new team members.
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness compliance.
