Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend business improvements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to enhance business performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and implement corrective actions when required.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards.
