The Room Service Manager manages daily operations for a hotel dining outlet and supports memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage outlet service standards, product quality, inventory, costs, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policies.
- Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues, and improve the dining experience.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; evaluate performance and support development.
- Use marketing strategies, upselling, and promotions to grow food and beverage sales and profitability.
- Lead hiring and interviews, and train new team members.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
