Roofing Estimator
Role Overview
The SPD Roofing Estimator will be responsible for working with the sales team to gather information regarding potential contracts and utilize previous experience and knowledge to calculate a cost to complete the project.
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly familiarize themselves with the scope of work and contract details in order to successfully be awarded the contract.
Strong communication skills are a must as this position will need to communicate with the sales team, the project team, and the client on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Roofing or construction industry experience a plus
- Previous experience with Sage300 (TimberLine) and MasterKey a plus
