Our SNF is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility.

RN play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents’ medical and personal needs are met in a supportive and comfortable environment.

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
