QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • in supervisory positions in Maintenance and/or Environmental Services
  • Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Ability to identify issues and determine repairs and maintenance schedules for building systems
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations as they pertain to facility operation and maintenance in nursing care facilities
