RN Administrator

Venture Forthe Home Care Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Administrator to lead operations for our Georgia Personal Home Care Provider (PHCP) office.

• Provide leadership and oversight for all agency operations and personnel
• Ensure compliance with Georgia PHCP regulations and Department of Community Health (DCH) standards
• Support and mentor clinical and administrative staff
• Oversee quality assurance, client satisfaction, and performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate audits, surveys, and regulatory readiness activities
• Ensure safe, ethical, and effective delivery of home care services
• Collaborate with corporate departments regarding budgeting, payroll, and operational support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare professionals

• Current, active Georgia RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of Georgia PHCP regulations and healthcare compliance standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• BSN preferred
• Experience in home care, personal care services, or community-based healthcare
• Experience with EVV and electronic health record systems
• Strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
