Key responsibilities
- Sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties to clients across the UAE.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales; build and maintain client relationships.
- Present property offerings professionally and conduct viewings.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues and comply with UAE property regulations.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 2–4 years of UAE real estate sales experience in plots, apartments, or brokerage.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural team environment.
