Job duties
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with HR.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate the full hiring process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and salary negotiations.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience; mass hiring experience is required.
- Mass hiring experience in real estate, retail, or customer-facing industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local hiring trends, job market, and local labor laws.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills; fluency in English.
