Marketing & Sales Manager

📍 Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Management.

About the Role

Asdaf Al Arabia is seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly motivated

Marketing & Sales Manager

to lead the company’s sales, business development, and marketing activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, securing new contracts, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple service sectors.

This role is designed for a professional who thrives on achieving results, closing deals, building long-term client relationships, and contributing directly to the growth and success of the organization.

1. Business Development & Sales Leadership

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions until successful project award and contract execution.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to support company growth.
  • Expand existing client accounts by introducing additional services and solutions.
  • Continuously monitor market opportunities and industry developments.

2. Marketing Management

  • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy.
  • Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Oversee corporate communications, promotional materials, and marketing content.
  • Manage website content, social media platforms, and online presence.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

3. Proposal, Tender & Contract Development

  • Participate in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Analyze client requirements and develop tailored service solutions.
  • Support tender preparation and bid submissions.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure service readiness and operational feasibility.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and commercial positioning.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Oversee customer satisfaction and client retention initiatives.
  • Maintain regular engagement with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the resolution of client concerns and operational issues.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships that contribute to business growth.

5. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and develop the Marketing & Sales team.
  • Establish performance targets and monitor achievement.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and accountability.
  • Provide regular reports and market intelligence to executive management.

& Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or account management.
  • Proven track record in securing contracts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience dealing with government entities, large corporations, or service-based businesses is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare commercial proposals and business presentations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel and conduct client visits when required.

Long-Term Contract Reward Program

  • Employees who contribute to securing and closing new contracts or projects may be eligible for ongoing incentive payments.

  • from the commencement date of the awarded contract or project, in accordance with company policy.
  • Additional rewards may be granted for strategic, high-value, or long-term contracts.
