🔷 2. Job Objective
- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring that project objectives are achieved within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards, in full compliance with client requirements and tender specifications.

- Scope of Work
- The Project Manager shall be responsible for:
- Managing the full project lifecycle (Initiation → Planning → Execution → Closure)
- Overseeing all project phases (Design, Production, Installation, Operation)
- Coordinating with internal teams (Design, Production, Operations)
- Managing vendors and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and technical specifications

4.1 Project Management
- Develop and implement the project plan
- Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Allocate and manage project resources
4.2 Execution & Operations
- Supervise on-site execution activities
- Ensure adherence to project timelines
- Monitor quality of deliverables and installations
4.3 Governance & Quality Management
- Apply Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) standards
- Identify and manage project risks with mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and local content requirements
4.4 Reporting & Communication
- Prepare periodic reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Lead coordination and progress meetings
- Provide performance updates to senior management

🔷 5. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or government projects is preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage
