Job Purpose

A. Web & Systems Development

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
• Build and manage internal systems such as:

• Inventory & Event Management Systems

• Integrate systems using APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience (UX/UI).
• Manage hosting environments, domains, and deployment processes.

B. IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage company IT infrastructure (networks, devices, and systems).
• Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks and ensure system stability.
• Manage cloud services and/or on-premise servers.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.

C. Cybersecurity

• Protect systems against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Implement and enforce information security policies.
• Manage user access control and permissions.
• Monitor systems and respond to security incidents.

D. Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Train staff on systems and digital tools.

E. Digital Transformation & Innovation

• Propose and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Automate workflows and internal processes.
• Support event technology requirements such as:
• Registration systems
• QR code solutions
• Digital screens and interactive systems
• Contribute to innovative digital experiences for clients and projects.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• or related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in:
• Web development
• IT management

5. Technical Skills

• Programming Languages:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VueJs, reactjs.

• PHP (Laravel) And Java (Spring Boot)

• Databases:
• MySQL

• Server & Hosting

• AWS / VPS / cPanel
• CMS Platforms:
• WordPress
• Integration:
• REST APIs
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
