Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Riyadh.
The Sales Employee will identify and engage potential clients, present the company’s pool and water feature safety products, and follow up on leads to close sales.
Daily tasks include visiting customers, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with the operations and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing after-sales support.
The Sales Employee will contribute to achieving sales targets, gathering market feedback, and representing the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in en_US (and Arabic is an advantage), with the ability to explain technical products clearly.
- Basic understanding of construction, pools, or water feature products is beneficial, with a willingness to learn technical details.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple client accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort working in the field, making on-site visits in Riyadh, and adapting to different customer environments.
- Proficiency in common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales, especially in construction, safety products, or related industries, is preferred but not mandatory.
