About Us

We are a Saudi company specialized in the innovation, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of swimming pool safety products.

We hold a Gulf Patent since 2018 and are currently seeking an ambitious Executive Manager to lead the company through its next stage of growth.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Manager who can take full responsibility for business operations, sales growth, business development, customer acquisition, team management, and strategic expansion.

The successful candidate will work directly with the owner and will be entrusted with transforming business opportunities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all daily business operations.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, schools, developers, and government entities.
  • Oversee sales activities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish and improve operational processes.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage company personnel.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Identify potential investors, distributors, and expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, business development, sales leadership, or executive management.
  • Proven track record in generating revenue and business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is highly preferred).
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, pools, safety products, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
