RENECO works to restore and preserve Houbara bustard populations in North Africa and Asia through conservation programs.

Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with COSO principles and ADDA standards.
- Define corporate risk policies, procedures, and governance structures; maintain risk registers covering key organizational risks.
- Lead risk identification and assessment across business processes and projects, and develop risk heatmaps and matrices.
- Facilitate risk workshops with leadership and operational teams.
- Define mitigation strategies and internal controls, assign risk ownership, and monitor mitigation-plan execution and effectiveness.
- Support contingency and business continuity plans; monitor risk exposure and emerging threats.
- Produce periodic risk reports and maintain a corporate risk dashboard for senior management.
- Advise management on risk governance and internal control; develop and deliver training to promote a risk-aware culture.
Requirements
- A master’s degree or relevant professional certification, such as Certified Risk Manager, is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, governance, or compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
- Experience liaising with regulators, external auditors, and government authorities.
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, enterprise risk principles, COSO, ADDA standards, and internal control standards; ISO 31000 is cited.
- Ability to design and deliver training on risk processes, controls, and risk awareness.
- Experience using risk management systems, assessment tools, and reporting software.
- Fluency in spoken, written, and reading English is required; Arabic or French fluency is a plus.
