Role Overview
Seeking a Risk Management Consultant to support government/public sector entities in risk identification, assessment, and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments, workshops, and develop risk registers
- Analyze operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks
- Implement ERM frameworks (ISO 31000 / COSO)
- Develop mitigation plans and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Facilitate risk committees and present insights to stakeholders
- Enhance risk processes, controls, and governance
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Risk Management / ERM
- Minimum 4+ years in a core Risk Management role
- Experience in government/public sector (KSA/GCC preferred)
- Strong ERM knowledge (ISO 31000, COSO)
- Skilled in risk registers, heat maps, and KRIs
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Based in Riyadh and available immediately
Preferred
- Big 4 or consulting background
- Exposure to KSA regulations (Vision 2030, SAMA, CMA)
