• **Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
• Continuous development of the Ministry's risk management program and
• management of ongoing relationships with all stakeholders: Identifies legal,
• regulatory, and contractual requirements, policies and regulatory standards related to
• the Ministry's operations to determine their potential impact on business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in risk and compliance, services, and central
• functions of the Ministry for risk management and mitigation plans.
• Continuous development of risk registers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of
• risk, oversight, and incident data for use by the risk management executive team for
• decision making in the Ministry.
• Monitor key risk indicators, evaluate key risk and control data, develop reports,
• provide insight into emerging/key trends, and ensure data is audited and escalated
• appropriately.
• Responsible for coordinating periodic reports, to ensure timely updates.
• Support the implementation of the Ministry’s risk management framework, including
• the ongoing development of risk assessment and monitoring, incident investigation
• and reporting, and ongoing strategic and operational risk practices for the Ministry’s
• requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other risk team members and other risk leaders to provide
• data and analytical expertise on risks and controls.
• Provide training and support to risk leaders on their use of framework processes and
• procedures, across the ministry as required
• Support members of the Risk and Compliance team with the delivery of key
• objectives; Link identified risk scenarios to relevant processes to help determine risk
• ownership.
• Represent risks in meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences as appropriate
• Assist with analytical work, other projects and ad hoc duties as assigned by the
