Rides Technician

To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Miral Experiences Leisure Facilities in the Technical Services Rides Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus, directly impacting on the maintenance of rides, facilities and attractions.

This position provides all of the necessary maintenance required for preserving and improving the physical functionality, safety and appearance of all rides and attractions and facilities in order to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Perform daily checks, start-up, closing procedures, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for all rides, attractions.

Ensure the rides and attractions readiness before time depending on the park operational hours.

Maintain and ensure that all rides and attractions are safe for all colleagues and guests.

Respond and resolve call of downtime of the rides and attractions.

Reduce downtime in the rides and attractions by ensuring that all Preventive Maintenance activities are performed well based on manufacturers requirements.

Responsible in reporting and informing Team Leaders with regard to the issues and concerns that affects the safe operation of all rides and attractions.

Ensure that all Preventive Maintenance Checklists are completed and submitted to Team Leader on deadline.

Ensure that all Corrective Maintenance is performed well and eliminate from happening again.

Attend briefing, training and development program for personal growth.
